4. Cancellation & Return Policy

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 1981 and the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of Transactions) Regulations, 2010, customers may cancel purchases under the following conditions:

4.1 Cancelling an Order Before Shipment

4.1.1 Customers may cancel an order before shipment and receive a full refund with no cancellation fees.

4.2 Cancelling an Order After Receiving the Product

4.2.1 Customers may cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the product, provided it is returned in its original packaging, unused, undamaged, and in resaleable condition.

4.2.2 In case of cancellation after shipment, a refund will be issued minus shipping costs (if applicable).

4.2.3 If a product is defective or incorrect, a full refund including shipping costs will be provided.

4.2.4 Customized or personalized products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

4.3 Cancelling a Service

4.3.1 Customers may cancel a service purchase within 14 days, provided the service has not been fully rendered.

4.3.2 If cancellation occurs after partial service delivery, the customer will be charged for the portion of the service already provided.
